Competition Terms

1. The promoter is: Polyvine Ltd whose registered office is at [Vine House, Cheddar Business Park, Wedmore Road, Cheddar, BS27 3EB, United Kingdom].
2. Polyvine competitions are open to residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of [Polyvine UK] and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be specified on the competition post. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. Each prize is as detailed on the competition post.
The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
14. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook or Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. Delivery will only be to the UK mainland only.
16. Polyvine UK will decide on the winner who will be picked at random from all valid complete entries via Facebook or Instagram.
17. The entrant must be following @Polyvine_UK on both Facebook and Instagram in order to enter.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
21. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

25. Polyvine UK shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
26. Polyvine UK also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

By entering the promotion you agree that we, the prize provider(s), and Facebook and Instagram, will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against any liability or loss, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, for all matters related to your acceptance, possession, experience with, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the promotion.
28. You must not inaccurately tag content or encourage users to inaccurately tag content (example: don’t encourage people to tag themselves in photos if they aren’t in the photo).

The promoter of this competition is Polyvine Ltd, based in the United Kingdom (“Polyvine”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Competition Overview

Polyvine’s “12 Days of Christmas” Advent Calendar competition (the “Competition”) will run from 1st December 2025 to 12th December 2025 inclusive.
Each day during the competition period, a new prize will be revealed on Polyvine’s official Instagram account, @polyvine_uk. Entrants will have a chance to win the item specified for that day.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow the @polyvine_uk Instagram account;
• Like the daily competition post you are entering on;
• Comment on the daily competition post, tagging three (3) people who would like to win the prize; and

Multiple entries allowed. Entries submitted through automated or third-party systems will be disqualified.

4. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK mainland residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Polyvine Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Polyvine reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.

5. Prizes

• Each daily prize will be clearly stated in the Instagram post caption and represented in the accompanying image (for example, 1L Decorators Varnish).
• The image is a visual representation only. The prize awarded will be as described in the post caption and visual text.
• Finishes may be chosen by the prize winner where applicable.
• No cash or alternative prize will be offered.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no monetary value.
• Polyvine reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries for each daily draw.
• Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official @polyvine account only.
• Winners must respond within 30 days of being contacted to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within this period, Polyvine reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Polyvine will not be held responsible for messages that go unseen due to privacy settings or message filtering.

7. Prize Fulfilment

• Prizes will be dispatched by post to UK mainland addresses only.
• Polyvine accepts no liability for lost, delayed, or damaged prizes once they have been dispatched.
• Delivery times may vary depending on postal service capacity, particularly during the festive period.

8. Publicity and Data Protection

• By entering, participants agree that their Instagram username may be announced publicly on Polyvine’s social media channels.
• Winners may be asked for consent to share a photo or testimonial for promotional purposes. This is entirely optional.
• Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be processed in accordance with Polyvine’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

9. General Conditions

• Polyvine reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these terms if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, inappropriate, or otherwise non-compliant with these terms will be disqualified.
• The decision of Polyvine in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
