Dispatch: Orders are dispatched on the next working day after your order is placed. The orders are then sent on a next working day service.
Delivery Costs: Delivery costs £15.00 +VAT within mainland UK. Orders over £150 (before VAT) are delivered FREE.
Tester Pot Delivery: Just £5 +VAT for up to 9 of our generous 100ml tester pots delivered to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish highlands and offshore islands costs more.
Returns: Faulty products that are deemed to be manufacturer error will be accepted free of charge. A 10% re-stocking charge will be made on returned items that have been refused delivery by the customer. There will also be a 10% restocking charge if a return is made at the cost of the customer, but through no fault of Polyvine.
