So far, 2025 has been a very busy year for Polyvine. Here’s a roundup of what’s been happening in the world of the trade varnish experts!
You’ve probably noticed by now that our bottles have a brand new look. This was part of a complete rebrand for us, changing up our labels to be more in line with the results of the market research we did, making it easier to shop and clarifying the products’ USPs for the tradespeople buying it.
Through the rebrand process, it became very clear that our decorative effects side of the business deserved its own focus, resulting in a new logo and brand identity for the company.
We decided to update the colour coding system on our labels, to make the range easier to shop for each finish available.
Polyvine have been manufacturing products for Decorative Paint jobs for around 30 years, so it is about time these incredible products are in the spotlight again. So we rebranded the look, gave the range a new logo and the website now has its own decorative effects area.
We are delighted to be supporting Dulux Academy and the number of courses they provide for tradespeople wanting to learn new skills. We particularly love their focus on the area of decorative effects and broken colour work, and we love seeing our range of products used in their courses across the UK.
In line with the separation of our trade and decorative effects brands, we decided to give our website a makeover, upgrading the look, but also now making it easier to navigate through either trade or decorative effects.
We decided that in line with the rebrand, we would launch a new trade morning set up, including new POS, ensuring our area sales managers have the equipment they need for any trade day. This has been on the road for a few months now and people are loving it.
We love meeting the people actually using our products, so it’s been great to display our new branding and labels at trade events, whilst chatting to end users. We have also given away lots of Polyvine products and merchandise at these events, getting the Polyvine name out there! With one more big one to go in November, we have loved getting out and about in 2025.
It has been great to launch a brand new product on top of everything else we’ve done this year, and in Mouldguard, we bring you the next product in our prep and aftercare range, sitting nicely alongside our varnish and paint remover.
So there you have it, a little summary of where we are. There’s more to come, so here’s to another few months of 2025 celebrating our new look, and the bright future of Polyvine!
