application and advice
Suitable for application mainly to non-porous surfaces, metal, glass, tile etc. but good results can be obtained on timber. All surfaces must be clean and free from dust, dirt, oil/resins and contamination.
Ensure the product is well mixed but do not shake. Thinly apply 2 to 3 coats with a synthetic varnish brush. On porous surfaces dilute the first coat with 10% water. For a dead flat finish with high durability and stain resistance, apply 2 coats of satin followed by 1 of dead flat. Instructions in the technical data sheet must be followed.
Appearance may vary according to the colour and type of wood and the number of coats. Do not continuously submerge in water. Test for compatibility before application. Not suitable for exterior bare timber. If you are protecting emulsion paint, use Polyvine Decorators Varnish for best results.
Protect from extremes of temperature during storage and application.
health, safety and the environment
