On 11th July, members of the Polyvine team, alongside close friends and family, will take on a 15-mile charity walk from Glastonbury Tor to Cheddar Gorge in support of the Wallace & Gromit Grand Appeal.
This cause is deeply personal. In December 2025, Beth and Sam welcomed their daughter, Daphne, into the world. At just nine days old, Daphne underwent life-saving heart surgery at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. During this incredibly difficult time, The Grand Appeal provided invaluable support, helping the family navigate a traumatic experience with care, compassion, and reassurance.
The dedication of the hospital team, and the support from The Grand Appeal, made an extraordinary difference. Their work ensured that Beth and Sam were never alone, never uninformed, and always supported. Quite simply, they helped save Daphne’s life.
Now, Beth, Sam, and their supporters are walking to give something back, to help ensure other families receive the same level of care and support when they need it most.
