application
Apply 2 coats of clear Chalk Paint Waxer Satin with a varnishing brush over dry chalk paint. Allow waxer to dry.
This seals the chalk paint to enable the working of the antique waxer over the surface.

application


To obtain your antique/aged finish apply Chalk Paint Antiquing Waxer with a varnishing brush and lightly remove any excess with a soft cloth to age and give texture to your paintwork. Work into the paint to highlight brush strokes, cracks and mouldings. This process will leave a silk finish.
If a completely dead flat final finish is required, apply Chalk Paint Waxer Dead Flat.

Always apply to a test area before starting work. Appearance may vary according to the colour and type of surface being varnished and the number of coats. Protect the finish from water and steam for five days after application.

Protect from extremes of temperature during storage and application.

Non-hazardous. Ensure good ventilation.
Keep out of reach of children. Contact with eyes - wash immediately with warm water. Remove excess from tools and mixing vessels before washing in warm soapy water. Do not empty into drains or watercourses.
