Damages, wrong items, short delivered items.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We cannot accept any responsibility for item's which are lost, or damaged before arrival at our premises. Please note that we try to discourage customers from returning liquid products - unless they are properly packaged for transit, they generally arrive damaged, which prevents us from refunding the cost of these items. If your return is at no fault of Polyvine's, there will be a 10% re-stocking charge.
